Our Microwave Solutions group delivers mission-enabling technologies including frequency control devices, integrated microwave assemblies (IMAs), up/down converters, frequency synthesizers, and custom RF subsystems. These solutions support satellite payloads, electronic warfare systems, radar, and secure communications for Tier 1 defense primes and government agencies.
Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving growth for Crane's RF/Microwave portfolio by managing customer relationships and securing new business across an assigned territory and strategic accounts. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, advancing capture strategies, positioning Crane's advanced microwave solutions, and delivering bookings that support business objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will also serve as a key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements and market insights are continuously fed back into Crane's product and business strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technical sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to understand and sell complex engineered solutions into defense and space markets. You will collaborate closely with engineering, program management, operations, and the global business development team to position Crane's differentiated technologies on mission-critical platforms.

Remote candidates located near key strategic customers in the Western, Central, or Southeastern United States will be considered.
Eligibility Requirement: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
