Description
Essential Job Functions
- Enhance and streamline sales enablement processes, support targeted outreach, and ensure sales feedback informs broader company strategies.
- Develop compelling client messaging backed by data and research, address client needs and objections, and manage outreach across various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive market, client, and opportunity research.
- Communicate findings to sales and marketing teams to enrich outreach and account targeting.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Dynamics 365), promote effective use of sales tools (SalesIntel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and monitor sales metrics for improvement.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams, supporting business goals and facilitating smooth transitions of qualified leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in sales enablement, pursue professional growth, and refine initiatives for scalable, lasting impact.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location.

- Strategic vision, leadership, analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and innovation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's a plus).
- 5+ years in sales enablement, operations, or strategic sales roles; experience in logistics or B2B sales preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
