Inside Sales Consultant Junior | Auto - C2C

Our Inside Sales Team in Customer to Customer (C2C):

We are the sales team responsible for helping to find the best financing alternative for automotive vehicles for our clients who seek to buy a vehicle from another individual. We work with multiple banks, seeking the best option that meets the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities of This Position:

  • Act as a bridge between the buyer and seller in the direct sales model (C2C);
  • Qualify inbound leads interested in purchasing vehicles, evaluating profile and needs for personalized credit offerings;
  • Provide consultative service, presenting financing solutions and aggregated products clearly and strategically;
  • Accompany the entire journey of the buyer, from simulation to contract signing and vehicle delivery;
  • Support the seller, explaining timelines, inspection processes, transfer, and value receipt;
  • Collaborate with internal areas - Credit, Formalization, Inspection, and After-sales - to ensure fluidity in operational stages;
  • Verify and ensure the correct sending of client documentation, supporting the financing formalization;
  • Keep the CRM updated with interactions, negotiation status, and service history;
  • Work with conversion goals and indicators, directly contributing to the results of the operation.

We Need Someone With:

  • High School Diploma completed;
  • Proven professional experience in Inside Sales - internal sales;
  • Proven professional experience with inbound lead qualification;
  • Previous experience in the financial market is desirable;
  • Previous experience in credit and automotive financing is desirable - simulations, credit profile analysis, and personalized offers;
  • Intermediate level practical knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
  • Practical knowledge of CRM and customer relationship tools;
  • Excellent written and spoken Portuguese;
  • Agility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure;
  • Focus on results and familiarity with conversion goals and indicators;
  • Analytical vision and continuous improvement of processes;
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and two Saturdays a month, 9 AM to 5 PM, on a duty schedule.
