Role and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals: Motivate and equip the team to surpass sales targets and ensure clients remain in our program.
- Own the sales process: Closely manage KPI's and execution of our sales methodology
- Staffing and scheduling: Oversee staffing to ensure sales headcount aligns with business needs and call volume
- Team development and motivation: Provide consistent training and coaching to position your team to get better on each sales call
- Pipeline ownership: Ensure efficient management of pipeline opportunities
Qualification Requirements
- 2+ years proven inside sales management experience
- Experience managing 12-15+ inside sales representatives
- Fundamentally sound financial literacy pertaining to personal debt is a plus
- Superior management skills, innovation, vision and strong business acumen
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to address conflicts and provide immediate resolutions
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and expectations
- Ability to use a consultative sales approach ensuring we qualify, educate, and retain clients
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Base Salary plus monthly and quarterly bonuses based on production, retention and KPI performance
