As we continue to deliver cutting-edge technology and new ideas, we are looking for a Sales Representative - Pharma to join our organisation to achieve sales plan and budget by developing new business through the identification of potential sales opportunities and maintaining and growing current business. Reporting into the Country Sales Manager of our Pharma Business, you will engage with customers, mainly visiting face to face, in order to promote products, and coordinate projects with them, following up new leads and sample requests to convert into sales and to identify and report customer needs and business on risk.

A Degree level Life Sciences background or equivalent in a science related discipline, preferably Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry... Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Chemical / Pharmaceutical Industry. Experience in B2B sales will be essential, in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Chemistry sector. Relevant industry, market & product knowledge or ability to develop this quickly. Highly proficient technical selling and ability to communicate technical concepts to customers with strong industry, market and product knowledge. Spanish and high level of English (writing and speaking) Business IT skills required Safety driving person. Full driving licence is required Availability for travel 50-70% of the time.
What You'll Be Doing:

To report promptly on business in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise. To gather data on market prices and competitor behaviour and report to the relevant team. To report all sales activity and market insights into CMR. To manage and achieve budget assigned. To identify new trends and niches. To contact and communicate with other business areas to solve those problems that require technical or supply inputs. To ensure all customer issues/complaints are actioned within the relevant system and responses fed back to customer.
