Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  2. Leading outbound sales calls to potential clients and prospects.
  3. Owning the sales process from initial lead identification through final client attainment.
  4. Tracking sales leads in Salesforce, and viewing key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  5. Generating monthly reports on sales activities and forecasting sales goals.
  6. Making outbound calls, tracking results, and logging call activities in Salesforce.
  7. Presenting demos and pitching solutions during in-person visits, and following up after meetings with prospects.
  8. Ensuring all projects meet or exceed sales objectives and budgets.
  9. Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  10. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  11. Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  12. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  13. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  14. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
