Sales Executive

At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our luxury hotel in Central London with an immediate start.

As a Sales Executive, we will support you to:

The Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving revenue and elevating the guest experience. By building strong relationships and driving the corporate transient segment for the hotel.

As our Sales Executive, you will:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts by building strong client relationships in line with the Kimpton Fitzroy values.
  • Proactively prospect, negotiate, and contract new corporate transient accounts.
  • Support the rest of the sales team with proactive activity and reporting.
  • Utilize market intelligence tools and collaborate with Global Account Directors within IHG to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct show rounds, offsite client meetings, and sales presentations to showcase the hotel's unique offering and strengthen relationships.
  • Participate in familiarisation trips and networking industry events to promote Kimpton Fitzroy London
  • Undertake sales trips as outlined in the annual sales action plan.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and client movements to contribute to the hotel's overall sales strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a hotel role, experience in a commercial team is preferred.
  • Experience in Luxury or Lifestyle hospitality is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, self-driven, and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel.
