Operates a global portfolio of hotel brands, providing lodging, loyalty programs, and hospitality services for business and leisure travelers.

Sales Leadership & Team Management

Manage daily sales activities, including conducting 4–5 sales calls per day.

Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to help them reach their full potential.

Set clear team and individual sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when required.

Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results, accountability, and client satisfaction.

Revenue & Business Development

Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies to drive incremental revenue and occupancy.

Identify new business opportunities and proactively grow the client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners.

Promote all hotel services, including rooms, food & beverage outlets, and banquet facilities, to maximize total revenue.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to generate new business leads.

Ensure a high level of professional and personalized service to enhance client loyalty and repeat business.

Conduct 1–2 hotel inspection tours with appropriate entertainment for key and potential accounts to strengthen relationships.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Prepare, analyze, and review sales reports, forecasts, and revenue performance to evaluate results.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and ensure timely reporting for management review.

Collaboration & Brand Compliance

Work closely with the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with overall hotel goals.

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase hotel visibility and business generation.

Ensure all sales activities comply with IHG brand standards, policies, and hotel procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management.

Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
