Sales Consultant

Job Title

Realistic earnings $80K-$200K+ with 10% to 23% commission rates, depending on services sold. Training guarantee: $1,000/week for 4 weeks while you learn our proven system. 15-25 pre-set appointments weekly from our showroom & digital marketing. Protected territory includes 16,000 to 100,000 single-family dwellings. Company vehicle + gas card for top performers. Health/dental/vision (company pays 75%), 401(k) with 4% match. Certified Water Specialist training and demo kit included ($2,000 value).

Requirements

• Great rapport building skills
• Valid driver's license, comfortable with evening appointments

Responsibilities

• Run 4-5 pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
• Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
• Design customized solutions solving real problems (hard water damage, contamination)
• Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)
