- The Outside Sales Representative will spend 100% of their time visiting target and existing branches to identify partnership opportunities. - This role involves developing relationships with a diverse range of customers, from small businesses to large organizations. - The representative will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a world-class customer experience. - The position requires executing a market-based strategy to engage high-value accounts that may have limited experience with Curri. - The role is contract to hire for the first 90 days, providing an opportunity for growth within the company.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of field sales experience, particularly in selling to distributors. - Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires engaging with potential customers in person. - A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to prospect into Mid-Market and Enterprise-level accounts using various tactics. - Excellent time management and organizational skills are crucial for managing a busy schedule on the road. - The candidate should possess superb written and spoken communication skills to effectively convey the value of Curri's services.
