Account Executive

We are seeking a specialist to support our business development and client engagement initiatives. The role will focus on creating client-ready option sheets and presentation decks, coordinating with landlords and developers to gather real-time market intelligence, and delivering compelling visual narratives that showcase Cushman & Wakefield's capabilities in commercial real estate.

About the Role:

• Option Sheets & Deck Creation: Develop customized option sheets and presentation decks for clients, highlighting available spaces, commercials, and comparative market analysis.
• Market Connectivity: Maintain regular connect with landlords and developers (bi-weekly/bi-monthly) to track space availability, commercials, and market trends.
• Innovative Design Storytelling: Continuously innovate presentation design using infographics, charts, and visual storytelling techniques tailored to real estate insights and client requirements.
• Presentation Development: Design, format, and enhance client pitches, proposals, and internal presentations primarily using PowerPoint.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure all materials strictly adhere to Cushman & Wakefield's brand guidelines and standards.
• Time & Project Management: Work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality; manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of business-critical presentations.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in presentation design, marketing support, or business development, preferably in real estate, consulting, or professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate real estate data into client-focused, visually compelling presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
