Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • 5+ years in Brokerage Sales, ideally involving complex logistics or supply chain solutions.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation.
  • Skilled in managing client relationships, identifying needs, and delivering custom-tailored solutions.
  • Proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Awareness of industry trends, competitors, and customer demands.
  • Capable of analyzing logistics challenges and providing innovative solutions.
  • Works effectively with internal teams—operations, customer service, and logistics—to ensure client needs are met.
  • Builds strong industry connections and represents the company at professional events.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
