The EAP Sales Executive is accountable for driving new business growth within a defined geographic and segment-based territory. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for sourcing, shaping, and closing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) opportunities to deliver predictable, profitable revenue. This leader serves as the territory's subject matter expert—building strong consultant and broker relationships, leading complex RFP pursuits end-to-end, and representing the full value of Resources for Living (RFL) with precision in competitive market situations.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,500.00 - $174,134.00
