Position Summary
As a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) - SrMgr, you will serve as the liaison leader supporting a PBM and their clients. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with Executive Leadership both internally and externally. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will use your years of expertise to grow our business through support of new business, renewals and up-selling of existing clients.

Your success as a Strategic Account Executive will be driven by your ability to help the client grow while achieving best in class service. You will function as a leader for the account team and your ability to influence others to deliver results for your client will also be a key factor in your success. Your understanding of the PBM and managed care environment as well as keeping up to date on market trends will enable you to position programs and solutions effectively to client decision makers.
The contributions you will make as a Strategic Account Executive will position both our client and CVS Health for long term growth in the competitive PBM marketplace. We are looking for someone with a "trail blazing" personality - our division requires a thoughtful account executive that can think strategically and creatively, while leveraging their existing knowledge to drive the desired outcome. Our ideal candidate would have a demonstrated history of delivering results through managing large, complex clients.
This position can be remotely based or in a CVS Corporate Hub. You must have ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may require, but is not limited to, flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
