An international leader in energy-efficient solutions is seeking a Sales Manager with strong expertise in UPS systems. The company develops innovative technologies for sectors such as data centers, ICT, AI, and edge computing, and is deeply committed to reducing the global carbon footprint through sustainable innovation.

Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and promoting UPS products (offline, online, and line-interactive) across the Benelux region. You will work closely with R&D, Product Marketing, and various business units to help achieve annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote the UPS product portfolio to Tier 1 clients and brand partners.
• Develop new customers within the UPS ODM segment.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with other product lines.
• Prepare relevant business plans and performance reports.
• Travel extensively within the Benelux for business development and client engagement.
• Maintain CRM data and document customer interactions.
• Collaborate with international teams, especially in Asia, on project development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in UPS or energy storage.
• Technical understanding of UPS systems and the ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience working with global teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux.
