Job Description

To sustain our very significant growth we are looking for smart, motivated sales professionals to join our team. Our sales team culture is collaborative, challenging and creative with a focus on quality and achievement. We are looking for a proven Enterprise SaaS Account Executive (AE) to play a key role in executing our Enterprise accounts growth. This position will be accountable for selling CyberVadis solutions to leading companies. A proven track record of delivering sales results with accountability, high energy, integrity and discipline is crucial to success on the Enterprise Sales team. This high-profile role will cover assigned accounts in France (our native market), Belgium and the French speaking part of Switzerland and will report to the CEO currently acting as VP of Sales in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads in given territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle to close deals (typically between 6 and 12 months)
  • Balance activity between pipeline generation and opportunity management to ensure sales targets are met consistently
  • Acquire and maintain a high level of understanding of industry trends and Cybervadis offerings
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecast and keep an overall view on own pipeline using company tools like Salesforce

Qualifications

Master's degree

10 years + experience

Minimum 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience along with a strong history of quota achievement required

Strong ability to sell a complex solution with solid experience doing so

Experience in selling to Information Security/Cybersecurity personas

Able to develop and execute full cycle sales processes involving multiple stake-holders, with a natural ability to rapidly identify and form relationships with decision makers

Proven ability to engage, build and manage C-level and Executive relationships

Exceptional presentation skills - French and English fluency is required

Autonomy, sense of anticipation, reactivity and capability to succeed in a fast-growing startup environment

Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual

Highly professional written and oral communication skills required in French and English

Ability to work well in an international team environment and easily connect with others
