The Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Manager – Head of Sales, you will be the main point of contact for Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle (MBCV) fleet and key customers. You will provide dedicated services and relationship building with these fleet customers. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Job Requirements
· Minimum tertiary qualification in Engineering-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in relationship management
· Possess customer-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to build rapport and maintain good relationship with existing customers
· Able to converse fluently in English and Chinese. Any chinese-related dialect (Hokkein/ Cantonese) is an advantage.
· Computer literacy including proficiency with MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint
· Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
