We're looking for a National Account Manager β Residential Sales to serve as the direct link between our clients and field sales teams. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth, ensure quality execution, and develop field leadersβwhile making a direct impact on one of Cydcor's most important client campaigns.

Act as the primary liaison between Fortune 500 clients and field sales force
Manage local, regional, and national residential sales campaigns
Train and develop field sales leaders (ICLs) and reps in product knowledge, sales processes, and systems
Drive campaign results by executing against scorecard performance metrics
Partner with internal teams, clients, and field offices to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
Launch and support new ICLs, ensuring they are fully integrated into systems and processes
Ensure sales quality by monitoring representation of client products and customer interactions
Provide regular reporting and performance updates to leadership and clients
Mentor field leaders to meet or exceed campaign sales and quality standards
Percentage of client targets achieved
Contribution to revenue & gross profit goals
Increases in rep productivity
Overall campaign headcount growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
3β5 years of proven sales experience
Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Track record of success in B2B or Residential Sales
Experience managing distributed teams or field sales programs
Base pay: $80,000β$95,000 + bonus opportunity
