Sales Manager H/F

We are looking for our future SALES MANAGER H/F.

Contract type: Permanent

Job Environment

You are graduated from an engineering or B2B commerce degree, and you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the aeronautical sector.

Technical Bases Appreciated:

  • You ensure the commercial management and application of current contracts (contractual negotiation, negotiation of claims with clients in accordance with contractual clauses, ...);
  • You participate in the annual update of prices and must validate the conformity of orders with the current contracts;
  • You are responsible for respecting contractual commitments and negotiate the evolutions and handle associated complaints;
  • You participate in the periodic multi-functional meetings (Kick Of Meeting, PRM, ...);
  • In charge of delivering technical and commercial offers, you rely on multi-functional teams (quality, methods, pricing, ...);
  • You resolve commercial disputes (client complaints, disputes..)
  • You follow up on your activity and report it regularly to your manager
  • You know how to be a force of proposal, determined,
  • English fluent imperative (- read/write/spoken)
  • You are recognized for your excellent relationship skills, your negotiation talents and your ability to understand the client's expectations and make them accepted by your internal counterparts
  • Your adaptability, your open-mindedness, your listening capacity and your tenacity are assets that are recognized and will allow you to evolve in a multicultural and matrix environment
  • You are rigorous, you like team work and the search for consensus
