Inside Sales Admin

Screen and respond to inquiries from regional Sales Managers and customers regarding prime equipment sales. Provide standard pricebook product information to Sales Managers and customers – aka providing quotas to customers. Serve as the primary liaison to Sales Managers by: providing updated order availability, sharing delivery information, proactively reaching out to customers via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction, data updating – making sure customers are in the CRM and date is accurate, helping to create sales campaigns to drive services and sales. Answer incoming phone calls as needed.

Skills and Requirements: 2 years sales support experience, familiarity with a CRM system, basic Microsoft suites knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication skills, highly organized individual, sales experience from compressed air, rotating equipment, automotive, or heavy duty industrial equipment/machine industry.
