This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is located in Paramus, New Jersey. No relocation is offered. Manage projects that analyze sales data and implement system and process improvements to drive strategic decision-making and enhance revenue growth.

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, create comprehensive reports for stakeholders, and conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions.
  • Performance Metrics and Forecasting: Develop and refine KPIs to measure sales effectiveness, assist in sales forecasting, and align budgeting activities with company objectives.
  • System and Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in sales reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compliance and Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data while adhering to compliance standards and data governance policies.
  • Training and Collaboration: Provide training and support on reporting tools, collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs, and offer actionable insights to support their goals.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • Five or more years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Sales Performance Rptg earns between $113,200 - $169,180. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
