About the Role

As a Representative, you'll guide customers through their digital car purchase journey. You'll act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and champion of customer satisfaction. All while earning competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and growth potential.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact, guiding customers with clarity and care.
• Answer questions, explain next steps, and provide updates via phone, text, and email.
• Support financing, collect documents, and coordinate smooth delivery.
• Build trust by ensuring every customer feels valued and respected.

What You Bring:

• Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Sales or service experience where you've guided customers through decisions.
• Clear, professional communication skills (phone, email, text).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving ability with a positive, can-do attitude.
