Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) reports to the Areal Sales Director and has a set territory of customers within a geographic area. The TSM is responsible for all account management and revenue target within their assigned customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet sales objectives for the assigned customers within assigned geographic territory.
- Develops and maintains relationships with end-users and distributors.
- Acts as a Product Specialist for sales, training, and support of our distributors.
- Supports all account management activities within their territory.
- Accountable for growth of all PIP product portfolio within territory.
- Be an expert on the competitive landscape.
- Responsible for pricing for the accounts within his/her territory.
- Effectively utilizes the CRM to manage their territory.
- Analyze & Report on product sales within the territory.
- Adhere to and manage administration of the Company's business policies.
- Manage use of tools & technologies to improve sales performance.
- Lead quarterly report out of the territory's performance to members of the Company's management team.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Core Skills/Competency Requirements:
- BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales.
- Experience in managing activities to meet objectives and goals.
- Capable of independent work and building strong relationships.
- Good oral and written skills with ability to communicate to all organizational levels.
