We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to work with our expert services team. Do you have a passion for Service? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you will do:

  • Present and sell service offerings primarily through remote channels (phone, email, virtual meetings), with occasional in-person visits.
  • Prospect, qualify, quote, and close new service business opportunities to deliver on quarterly and annual service revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate the value of service solutions and articulate Cytiva's value proposition. Generate proposals and prepare quotations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Service, Equipment Sales, Strategic Account Managers, and Marketing to maximize sales potential.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage funnel forecast sales, and track customer interactions.

Who you are:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree (preferably in the Life Sciences)
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience. Knowledge/experience within a Service Organization or Service Provider is a plus!
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment
  • Internal drive, focused on accountability and self-development
  • Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred
  • Prefer a candidate in the PST or MST time zone for this role to support the territory

The salary range for this role is USD $65,000-$75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
