The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving the sales of all Radiometer products and solutions, overseeing promotional activities, and delivering excellent field support within their assigned territory.

This position reports directly to the Site Leader and is a vital part of the RADIOMETER s.r.o. team covering the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The role is fully remote, focused on serving the Bohemia region, with the ideal candidate residing within this area.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Visit customers and foster strong, long-term professional relationships
• Meet sales targets and other critical performance metrics

The essential requirements for this position include:

• University degree in a relevant field (Bc., Mgr., Eng.) or Nursing background with relevant sales experience
• At least 2 years of experience in medical device sales or a similar field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Czech and at least intermediate English (B1/B2 minimum)

It is advantageous if you also have previous experience in:

• Selling laboratory or diagnostics equipment within a clinical setting
• Knowledge of Czech healthcare system

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to customer sites at least 60% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
• Valid driver's license
