We are looking for a Tender & Sales Support Specialist – Europe (onsite in a Radiometer office or remote) who will support our European Sales Team by enhancing sales and tendering processes through administrative, analytical, and customer-focused activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and business growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage tender processes end-to-end, including preparing and submitting offers, monitoring active and new tenders, coordinating timely responses, and ensuring compliance with public procurement requirements.
• Provide comprehensive sales and customer support by generating quotations, verifying and registering orders/contracts, responding to customer enquiries promptly, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Support sales teams and provide continuous improvement for Tenders process for Europe through report creation, and active collaboration with the sales teams and sales admin team to drive business growth.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Solid knowledge and experience in Tender Management
• Fluency in Polish (Native/Fluent), and English (B2/C1)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail and prioritization based on deadlines

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Tender Management in other countries of Europe
• Familiarity with CRM systems or quotation tools
