The territory sales manager is responsible for developing and cultivating strong customer relationships in the Microelectronics market, which includes semiconductor, electronics, and graphic arts applications. This is a great opportunity to learn the Danaher business approach, and lead key sales initiatives.

This position reports to the Western Regional Sales Manager, as part of the Western Regional Team of the Pall Microelectronics business unit. As a remote position covering the Mountain States, candidate will be based in the Denver, CO or surrounding areas.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement a customer account plan to achieve orders and revenue projections.
  • Identify and drive new opportunities to capture additional market share.
  • Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers.
  • Work with sales management, marketing, and technical support teams to solve customer problems and maximize account penetration.
  • Provide business analytics, including account-level forecasts and sales opportunity tracking against metrics.

The essential requirements for this job include:

  • BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or similar discipline; equivalent experienced will be considered.
  • 3+ years' current outside sales experience related to Semiconductor Manufacturing, Electronics, Chemical Industries or similar industry. Must reside in Denver, CO or surrounding areas.
  • Full life cycle sales management. Extensive customer interface with ability to close and navigate complex sales opportunities.
  • Must have strong understanding of sales funnel management, sales tools and reporting. (Salesforce or similar)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel – Up to 50% travel, some overnight, within territory
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Previous Key Account Management experience highly desirable
  • Understanding of Pall products and experience with filtration desired

The salary range for this role is $105,000- $120,000 for this role. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
