- The Sales Administrator will support the North American Field Sales Organization by providing quotations and processing orders.
- Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company processes.
- The role requires maintaining documentation and customer communication in accordance with ISO 13485 and 9001 guidelines.
- The position involves frequent collaboration with various departments including Field Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- The standard work hours for this role are from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm PST, working on-site five days a week.

- The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or sales administration.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce.com, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills are essential for writing business correspondence and documenting tasks.
- The candidate should possess basic product line knowledge of instruments and consumables.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as an Associate Arts degree, is preferred but equivalent experience is acceptable.
