Brand, Senior Account Executive / Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join our Brand Practice team, managing integrated marketing and communications programs for a leading premium brand in the beauty and healthcare sector (client name undisclosed).
The role will involve developing and executing strategic campaigns, managing client relationships, and working closely with our global Edelman network.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing, PR, and digital communications campaigns
- Organize and manage online/offline events (if required)
- Manage media relations and publicity activities: build and maintain strong media and journalist networks, draft and distribute press releases, coordinate media interviews and briefings, and support crisis communications
- Develop and distribute content, ensuring consistency in messaging
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery
- Lead or support the development of proposals and strategic plans
Requirements
- Common Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or PR (agency experience required)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other basic office applications
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Senior Account Executive (Assistant Manager)
- 4–5 years of experience in communications or marketing
- Capable of independently managing parts of a project under the guidance of a supervisor
- Hands-on client management experience required
- Supervisor (Manager)
- 5–6 years of experience (entry-level manager)
- Able to lead major campaigns and mentor junior team members
- Proven ability to manage client communications and project operations end-to-end
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, healthcare, or FMCG brand campaigns
- Background in influencer marketing and digital campaign execution
- Ability to derive insights from data and campaign performance metrics
- Experience in multi-market or global project management
