- Lead, manage, and motivate a strategic sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional results
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting high-value strategic accounts
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, share insights, and enhance overall customer experience

- Experience leading enterprise or strategic sales reps in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, preferably in computer and network security
- Successful track record of winning new business at the enterprise and strategic level
- Strong forecasting, territory account mapping, research, and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage varied audiences
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multi-disciplined teams
