- As a Sales Director, the individual will be responsible for managing the enterprise customer base and identifying new business opportunities. - The role involves building, managing, and closing a pipeline of companies that can benefit from the dbt Cloud offering. - The candidate will also manage and deepen the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts to optimize impact. - Engaging with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to enhance reach in the region is a key responsibility. - The individual will lead and contribute to team projects aimed at developing the sales process. - Collaboration with the product team to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap is expected.

- The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of closing experience in technology sales, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding annual targets. - A strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into a consultative sales approach is essential for success in this role. - Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills are necessary to engage stakeholders at all levels within an analytics organization. - The candidate should possess the diligence and organizational skills to navigate long and intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams. - A passion for inclusivity and being an active member of the community is highly valued in this position. - Familiarity with SQL or a willingness to learn is an important aspect of the candidate's skill set.
