- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs
- Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies to the team
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

- Experienced in sales and client development, with a focus on EMEA markets and territories
- Proven track record of expanding business and developing greenfield territories
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to build rapport with clients and advocate for improving the buyer experience
