- Building strategic relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and maximize client lifetime value
- Identifying and generating revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Consulting existing clients on their internal processes to expand the use of Deel's product offerings
- Leading business reviews and executing plans to deliver maximum revenue potential and increase renewal rates
- Developing, managing, and forecasting a sales pipeline through regular engagement and partnership with customer success

- Experience in a full cycle sales role with a background in the Tech or SaaS industry, preferably in payroll
- Ability to own a full sales cycle from identifying expansion opportunities to closing contracts
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills to establish credibility with executives
- Obsession with delivering world-class service and simplifying complicated matters
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing circumstances
