- Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers
- Build and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upselling
- Research and qualify client requirements to seek new solutions and meet their needs
- Work closely with the SDR team, strategizing and maintaining an accurate healthy pipeline
- Attend industry events in person building relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech, Payroll ecosystem
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Account Executive, managing SME accounts
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
- Highly personable with great communication skills to successfully gain client buy-in
- Capable of conveying complex conversations around payroll and compliance
- Enjoys playing a numbers game and is driven to successfully hit and exceed targets
