✨ About The Role
- Develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos
- Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth
- Collaborate with in-country AEs on sourced opportunities
- Navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with C-level executives
- Manage all sales activity, monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, and report directly to the Head of Expansion in the region
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an AE selling global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up or tech company in the region
- Strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipeline with a demand generation focus
- Ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle, leveraging internal resources effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with process/playbook selling is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "Just do it attitude" and willingness to travel
