- Experience in sales development and prospecting, with a track record of generating leads and closing deals in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with potential customers and build relationships - Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to improve processes and drive results - Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth mindset, adaptable to changing priorities and strategies - Previous experience in HR or Fintech companies and familiarity with remote and distributed team environments would be beneficial
