- The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and nurturing relationships with various contacts within target customer segments - Responsibilities include driving growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads, and qualifying leads by understanding their onboarding approach - The role involves collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research to identify potential customers, and educating leads through various prospecting methods - The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of lead generation processes, supporting marketing activities, and facilitating the handoff to Account Executives - The position offers the opportunity to contribute to Deel's growth and success by leveraging market-leading technology and expertise in the international payroll and compliance market

⚡ Requirements

- Experience in sales development and prospecting efforts, with a focus on generating leads and fostering relationships with potential customers - Strong communication skills, especially in writing email copy and sequence campaigns that convert - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams - Previous experience in HR or Fintech companies is a plus - Comfortable working in a remote and distributed team environment
