Where Commercial Strategy Meets Scalable Execution

We are looking for a visionary, data-driven, and execution-oriented VP to lead our Account Management and Sales Operations function. In this role, you'll sit at the heart of our commercial engine, guiding high-performing teams, optimizing GTM operations, and enabling sustainable revenue growth across all customer segments.

You will partner closely with our Global Key Account, Local Key Account, and SMB teams—bringing strategic clarity, operational excellence, and scalable processes to help expand our Total Processing Volume (TPV) and merchant base globally.

This is not a maintenance role—this is a growth multiplier role. You will build and refine the engine that powers everything from merchant success to strategic expansion initiatives.

Why This Role Matters

As the VP of AM & Sales Operations, you will:

  • Report directly to the CRO and serve as a critical partner in shaping commercial strategy and execution.
  • Be the center of gravity for go-to-market alignment across Commercial Functions.
  • Lead the design and deployment of scalable programs, sales playbooks, and revenue operations systems.
  • Enable commercial teams—Global Key Accounts, Local Key Accounts, SMB—to maximize customer value, retention, and expansion.
  • Guide the company's commercial structure toward achieving ambitious TPV growth and merchant acquisition goals.

Account Management Leadership

  • Oversee strategic planning, performance, and growth across key account segments.
  • Drive a culture of merchant success by embedding strategic account planning, renewals, and upsell motions.
  • Champion merchant insights across the org to influence product roadmap, customer experience, and operational priorities.

Sales & GTM Operations

  • Build and scale sales processes, tooling, forecasting, and territory design in collaboration with revenue and operations teams.
  • Lead programmatic initiatives that improve GTM alignment, process speed, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Introduce data-driven frameworks to evaluate team performance, conversion efficiency, and expansion success.
  • Establish operational excellence through dashboards, KPIs, and cadence reviews.

Strategic Enablement & Growth

  • Guide GTM teams on where, when, and how to expand—by segment, vertical, and geography.
  • Establish strategic alliances and internal cross-functional programs to unlock new growth levers.
  • Work side-by-side with leaders from Product, Marketing, Finance, and Partnerships to launch high-impact GTM plays.
  • Shape and refine annual commercial strategy planning alongside executive leadership.
