Here’s what your job looks like:

  1. You need a pipeline of interested companies.
  2. You accompany B2B prospects from initial software demo to contract conclusion.
  3. In digital consultations, you inspire and advise companies on digital occupational pension planning with the Degura Pension Cloud (SaaS).
  4. You work together with the People and Culture Team (HR) or the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our client companies to develop the appropriate benefit solution.
  5. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle and document it in the CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure a smooth transition of your customers to our Customer Success Team.
  6. You actively bring your SaaS expertise into cross-functional projects, e.g., with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success Team.
  7. Together with your team, you develop new sales approaches and strategies that are crucial to the growth of Degura.
