✨ About The Role
- The primary responsibility is to sign up the best restaurants in the UAE to work with Deliveroo.
- You will be reporting to the Business Development Manager in your respective city.
- The role involves a hybrid working model, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
- You will be tasked with restaurant acquisition through prospecting, pitching, and closing new restaurants in your territory, primarily through inside sales (telesales).
- Managing your pipeline is a key responsibility, requiring strong organizational skills to ensure a high conversion rate of leads.
- You will be expected to contribute to the iteration of sales processes to enhance the efficiency and impact of the inside sales team.
- The role includes assisting with commercial projects, such as field pitch days, restaurant marketing roll-outs, and cross-functional projects.

- You should have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience within a high-growth company is required for this role.
- Strong negotiation skills are essential to be successful in acquiring new restaurant partnerships.
- Experience with Salesforce, especially in the Food & Beverage sector, will be a significant advantage.
- You need to be familiar with the restaurant landscape in the UAE to effectively target and onboard new clients.
- Being a self-starter is crucial; you must be motivated to meet your targets every month without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, and you should be well-organized and efficient in managing your sales pipeline.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial for this position.
