✨ About The Role
- The Small Medium Business Account Executive will support the SMB Team in developing and executing reporting for a large portfolio of accounts.
- The role involves executing data clean-up to ensure efficient reporting of internal systems.
- The Account Executive will assist the Team Lead with internal weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting by gathering and working with data.
- Responsibilities include pulling, analyzing, and manipulating large sets of data to drive actions from them.
- The role requires diagnosing, resolving, and reporting on key performance KPIs of the assigned account portfolio.
- The candidate will lead actions to improve the performances of Partners, supported by the broader team.
- Direct management of Partners on a case-by-case basis to unlock critical value improvement is part of the job.

- The ideal candidate should have a BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other formula-based tools is essential for this role.
- A self-starter with the ability to independently drive towards monthly targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and a "get it done" mindset are crucial for success in this position.
- Being well-organized and efficient will help manage the workload effectively.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
- Experience with Looker and Power BI is beneficial but not mandatory.
- The candidate should be analytical and capable of pulling, reading, and manipulating large sets of data to extract business-critical insights.
