We have a new opportunity for you! We are looking for an After Sales Manager to join the team in Honduras!

  • Ensures the monthly target of the Account Executives under your charge is met.
  • Identifies the opportunities that each member of your team has to reach their target in the most efficient way possible.
  • Generates strategies to achieve each KPI of your team based on data analysis.
  • Works hand in hand with the Finance Department to ensure a healthy portfolio behavior with our customers.
  • Coordinates campaigns with the Marketing department.
  • Supports major negotiations in the corresponding cities.
  • Provides guidelines for portfolio improvements with the Account Executives.
  • Creates and executes strategies for growth in the cities in charge.
  • Coordinates and/or proposes, with the different areas of the company, specific projects for the cities in charge.
  • Contributes market feedback to the marketing department for targeted strategies in the cities in charge.
  • Develops, motivates, and accompanies your team in charge to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 4 years leading high-performance sales teams
  • Experience in delivery sector companies
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau)
