You will be responsible for the entire sales process, including market research, lead generation, cold outreach, and the organization of in-person and virtual meetings. You will accompany the client throughout the process until the sale is closed.

You will actively seek new clients in key markets for the business, ensuring sustained growth.

You will identify customer pain points related to benefits, commitment, and satisfaction, positioning PedidosYa Business as the ideal solution for their specific challenges. You will offer profitable proposals tailored to the client's needs, aiming to achieve the established goals.

You will be responsible for the sales channel from start to finish, meticulously documenting all actions in our CRM during the different stages of the negotiation.

You will conduct training for clients on our self-management platform, ensuring they understand how to issue benefits and the best practices for using it. You will accompany the client during the first month after signing up, providing support in tool usage, customer service, billing, and reporting.

You will interact with various internal teams (CRM, Business, Finance, etc.) to ensure the optimal development of the project.

At least 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably with regional commercial reach in the technology or large enterprise service industry (B2B).

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM systems.

Knowledge of English is a plus.
