Job Description
Your Mission
As a Sales Executive at Glovo you will be a key representative of our company's sales team, responsible for signing up local stores in all the country.
The Journey
- Work with Glovo's sales pipeline, aligned with company goals and strategy.
- Review, and keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis.
- Conduct sales negotiations that create a solid foundation for collaboration with restaurant partners, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable business terms.
- Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is as quick, efficient and smooth as possible.
- Monitor and evaluate the restaurants' performance during their first 30 days.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring To The Ride
- You have significant hands-on sales experience (2+ years), ideally within the restaurant, hospitality, or food delivery industry, supported by a strong local network and industry connections.
- You thrive in fast sales cycles - ramp-up quickly and work with short decision timelines.
- You have a structured process thinking - well-organized, with good time management to follow Glovo's clear CRM flow and playbook.
- You are self-sufficient - you follow guidance and process, but don't need weeks of training to start producing.
- You are resilient - can handle daily rejection and keep momentum in a volume driven sales environment
- You are goal-oriented and a closer - understand and want to exceed targets, follow sales KPIs to improve productivity.
- Confidence in engaging C-level stakeholders and restaurant owners.
- Fluency in Romanian and English, and adaptability to fast-paced, startup-style environments
