Consumables, Implant, Digital workflow. Establish sales strategies and execute in assigned territory. Conduct solution-based sales for Consumables, Implant, Digital workflow products. Manage dealers and dental clinics, provide consultation and product education. Cooperate with manufacturing sites and global teams for business growth in specific channels or segments. Plan and run seminars, exhibitions, and customer education to enhance brand and market presence.
Promote and sell Consumables, Implant and Digital workflow products. Develop new customers and business opportunities. Manage existing dental customers and dealers. Provide product detailing, sales activities and customer education through strong product knowledge and communication skills. Collaborate with manufacturing sites and global teams to identify business growth opportunities. Support seminars, exhibitions and customer education programs. Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales plans through Salesforce.com. Manage customer profiles and sales funnel pipeline. Manage sales performance and collection activities, dealer inventory and merchandising activities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in dental sales. Experience in implant at least 3 years as a sales or product manager. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Efficient time management and customer management skills. Basic English communication skills for email and presentation with global teams.
