We are looking for a Sales Specialist (EDS Consumables Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the profitable and sustainable growth of the consumables business, mainly of the restoration, prevention, endodontics, and laboratory solutions, through technical and commercial support in the assigned territory.

You will drive demand (sell-out) through training, accompaniment, opportunity generation, and direct collaboration with the distribution network and dental professionals in the Madrid territory.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Commercial Activation and Demand Generation

  • Execute the commercial and promotional plan of the consumables area in the assigned territory. Drive sell-out campaigns together with key distributors and target clinics.
  • Make in-person visits to support the sales processes in conjunction with the distributor team.

Training and Technical Support

  • Provide clinical and technical training on restoration, endodontics, and prevention products.
  • Accompany dentists in product trials (seeding), demonstrations, and the implementation of clinical protocols. Ensure a correct understanding and use of the product portfolio.

Relationship with Distributors

  • Coordinate with assigned distributors to develop the market and increase the company's participation.
  • Identify growth opportunities in each distributor, aligned with the corporate strategy.
  • Supervise the commercial activity of the distributors, including visits, opportunity generation, and sales closures.

Territory Management and CRM

  • Plan and organize weekly visit routes according to the potential of each client.
  • Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated with records of visits, actions taken, opportunities, and sales.
  • Prepare periodic reports on activity, generated opportunities, and campaign results.

Local Marketing and KOLs

  • Participate in the organization and execution of local events, workshops, clinical courses, and activities with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Identify and foster relationships with potential ambassadors or trainers in the territory.

Required Profile:

Education:

  • University degree in Health Sciences, Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, Marketing, or similar.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position in the dental industry or medical devices.
  • Desirable experience in clinical support or product training. Knowledge of dental distribution channels and their dynamics.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and training skills.
  • High customer orientation and results-oriented.
  • Analytical and territorial organization capacity.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and collaborative spirit.

Languages:

  • Native Spanish or equivalent. English (desirable for internal trainings and tools).

Technology:

  • Proficiency in office tools and CRM (preferably Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of digital tools for online presentations and training.
