Sales And Dealer Management

Responsible for sales and dealer management in the district, develop and maintain key end-users account and drive growth to achieve the business target and ensure a sustainable business development. Coach and develop the sales team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Based on the assigned district market situation and analysis, work with the RSM to set tactics to achieve sales target and drive business growth.
  2. Commit to and achieve company sales objectives and growth targets. Plan and manage the travel expenses.
  3. Provide regular feedback to marketing team and management team on new customers, business situation, market trends and competitors' strategies.
  4. Plan and execute clinical education activities with marketing team to drive the business growth in the territory and promote new products.
  5. Responsible for sales management in the district, monitoring cross-territorial sales, and helping dealers develop new clients.
  6. Responsible for guiding front line sales in the district, provide coaching and feedback to them and help improve their competency.
  7. Conduct two full day join call with front line sales per week.
  8. Responsible for managing and maintaining good relations with VIP clients in the district.
  9. Other projects or task forces assigned by manager.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Education:

  • Medical science related major. Full time study with Bachelor degree or above.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years experience in FIEs in medical device industry.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing front line sales people and dealers of medical consumable goods.

Specific knowledge/skills:

  • Frequent travel acceptable.
  • Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good coaching skills.
  • Result-oriented and with strong business acumen.
  • Innovative and with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be capable to work and grow in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
