The primary responsibility of the implants territory manager position is account management, business development and the successful execution of their business plan. This is accomplished by identifying needs and solving customer problems via a focus on priority products, customers, audiences and programs. In addition, maintaining existing relationships and business is a key priority. As a Field Sales Representative, you serve as the front-line point of contact to our customers. You will work closely in developing strong relationships, partnering and consulting with dental offices to understand their business needs, promote and introduce them to Dentsply Sirona's Implants products, while also supporting their ongoing needs. The successful candidate must be based in the Calgary area.
Key responsibilities include achieving territory sales objectives in all categories, maintaining high retention rate of customer base through delivery of outstanding service, developing a monthly business/action plan, regularly reviewing the performance metrics of the territory, penetrating accounts and developing long-term partnerships, conscientiously working the sales process within each account, implementing the systematic conversion process after any new system sale, maintaining a comprehensive and accurate customer database, completing and submitting all required reports and data input requirements, coordinating and hosting tradeshows/exhibits/seminars/clinical meetings, processing customer orders and providing account service, handling and processing customer service complaints, demonstrating fiscal restraint and exhibiting behavior associated with a desire to increase earnings and profitability in the territory, continually increasing technical and industry knowledge, complying with company and departmental policies, creating a development action plan and following through on developmental goals, performing other related duties as required, and being able to legally travel to the United States to attend sales training and company sales conventions.

Education and experience requirements include a university degree preferred; in lieu of degree, relevant dental industry experience is acceptable. Three plus years of successful field-based B2B sales experience in highly competitive environment. Dental sales experience is a plus.
