For VDW, we are currently looking for a Virtual Sales Endo Representative at our location in Munich Alt-Perlach.

Your Role:

  • Active outbound to new customer acquisition to support the outside sales team in a designated region
  • Expert handling of internal and external customer inquiries, e.g. questions about services, products, and offers as well as complaints (dentists and dental depots)
  • Close cooperation with the sales team as well as technical service and claims processing
  • Telephonic, consultative sales conversations with existing customers, acquisition of new customers or prospects; active customer acquisition
  • Processing of customer inquiries and mailings
  • Use of CRM database and recording of corresponding customer contact information as well as order entry
  • Targeted customer approach during sales actions (support outside sales team, lead and revenue generation)
  • Support of special sales promotions and virtual sales promotion
  • Customer consultation in the context of Endo events

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial and/or (medical) training and/or experience in the fields of sales, marketing, or communication
  • First sales experience
  • Experience in handling complaints and as a medical device consultant
  • Secure handling of the MS Office package and an ERP system (preferably Microsoft AX Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of using a CRM system (preferably Salesforce) is desirable
  • Interest in technical, medical questions as well as a pronounced attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • German as a mother tongue or near mother tongue – good English skills in speech and writing, other languages are an advantage
  • Challenging tasks in a dynamic and internationally active company characterized by innovations and an outstanding product pipeline
  • Professional support by a trainer team in preparation
