The Denver geography includes the front range from Greeley down to Pueblo, about 120 mile radius, and all the way out to the Eastern Plains. We do not do any business in Mexico. In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $115,000 -$150,000 per year. This includes salary ($70,000 - $90,000) based on experience as well as quarterly and annual bonus opportunities based on performance. No specific amount is guaranteed. All full-time associates are eligible for typical employment benefits expected from an industry leader (including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, life insurance, time off, employee assistance, etc.)

What you'll do: As Branch Sales Manager, you will have P&L responsibility. Lead your team in building value and ongoing relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers. Much of your time will be in the field, calling on and developing customers on your own and coaching your Account Manager. Our diverse customer base includes aggregate. food & beverage, paper, OEMs, schools, hospitals, government, and more. Develop your team to meet / exceed sales and profit goals by developing a productive, healthy environment where people want to succeed and grow personally and as a team. Hire, train, & develop strong performing team players Develop, manage & implement service center sales activities & strategies, account assignment & territory management, sales performance goal achievement, margins Identify & evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, competitive pressures Recommend & implement actions to maximize sales, increase margins, expand market share Personal assigned accounts as required

Qualifications: 1+ year sales management & leadership experience including team development. 2+ yrs B2B outside sales experience. Industrial distribution experience a plus P&L experience a plus Attention to detail, strong organizational skills Written & verbal communication including English grammar Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) High School Diploma or equivalent. This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
